Eric Willner, President of Capital One Group, a real estate property management company, began his career in the financial services field in 1987 after graduating with a B.S. degree in Finance and Real Estate. As a highly trained financial professional, he helps clients develop strategies for effectively utilizing real estate, mortgages, insurance and financial products to build wealth and achieve a more secure financial future. Real Estate licensed for over 25 years, Eric has extensive experience in property management and dealing with REO properties. In addition, Eric has been mortgage licensed for over 24 years and is very familiar with FHA financing and assisting first time homebuyers through various government programs. Mr. Willner is also familiar with NSP requirements.

A top producing agent with the national real estate firm Exit Realty, Eric is very active in the sales, listing, and management of real estate. For the real estate investor or the home buyer, he is able to provide expertise in matching the right financing with your financial goals and objectives. Eric has in-house access to a Sr. Underwriter with deep FHA knowledge and experience. For homeowner and community associations, Eric and his firm offer effective solutions for creating and reviving cash flows.

Eric is certified by the state of Florida as a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM). Eric is also a Certified Mortgage Consultant (CMC), a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC), a Life Underwriters Training Fellow (LUTCF), and a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). He has active licenses as a Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Broker, Life Insurance Agent, a Registered Representative, and Registered Investment Advisor. He has been multi-year member of the Million Dollar Round Table, he is a consistent top producer, and has taken several courses toward completing his certification as a Certified Financial Planner.

Eric is a member of several important organizations including: Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, Broward and National Associations of Insurance and Financial Advisors, International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, and The National and Florida Mortgage Brokers Associations. He currently acts as President and sits on the board of directors of the Florida Landlords Association. He was Country Chairman for Brazil to the Fort Lauderdale Sister Cities International, and former President and co-founder of the Downtown Fort Lauderdale chapter of Business Network International.

Eric speaks four languages, including Portuguese, Spanish, and German. In addition to a monthly newsletter, he contributes frequently to various English and Portuguese publications, has done numerous seminars, TV appearances. Eric is currently the Host of the longest continuously running real estate radio show in South Florida, “The Real State Show”, which focuses on the best ways to invest in real estate.
