Eric Willner, President of Capital One Group, began his career in the financial services field in 1987 after graduating with a B.S. degree in Finance. As a highly trained financial professional, he helps clients develop strategies for effectively utilizing mortgages, insurance and financial products to achieve a more secure financial future.
 For the real estate investor or the home buyer, he is able to provide expertise in matching the right financing with your financial goals and objectives.
 Eric is a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC), a Life Underwriters Training Fellow (LUTCF), and a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). He has active licenses as a Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Broker, Life Insurance Agent, a Registered Representative, and Registered Investment Advisor. He has been multi-year member of the Million Dollar Round Table, he is a consistent top producer, and is completing his certification as a Certified Financial Planner.
 Eric is a member of several important organizations including: Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, Broward and National Associations of Insurance and Financial Advisors, International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, and The Florida Mortgage Brokers Association. He is Country Chairman for Brazil to the Fort Lauderdale Sister Cities International, and former President and co-founder of the Downtown Fort Lauderdale chapter of Business Network International, and currently sits on the board of directors of the Broward County Landlords Associations.
 Eric speaks four languages, including Portuguese, Spanish, and German. In addition to a quarterly newsletter, he contributes frequently to various English and Portuguese publications, has done numerous seminars, TV appearances, and now is the Co-host of the radio show “The Real State Show”, which talks about the best ways to invest in real estate. In 1997, Eric formed Concord Worldwide Business Group to provided high quality financial services and resources to international clients. This broad background, along with being an active investor himself, makes Eric uniquely qualified to help his clients position themselves for better financial results.
